Staff Development Services (84-002.05A)
1101.00 - Continuous School Improvement
Workshops, consultation or direct work with school districts to assist with the continuous improvement process ‘CIP’. Examples: steering committee meeting, mission/ vision work, data support, comprehensive needs assessment, CIP goal selection, action plans, program evaluation, preparing for the CIP external visit; support for Comprehensive Support and Improvement ‘CSI’, and Targeted Support and Improvement ‘TSI’ and Additional Targeted Support and Improvement ‘ATSI’ student designations.
1102.00 - MTSS
Workshops, consultation or direct work with school districts to establish Multi-tiered System of Support processes and practices. Examples may include regional meetings, team meetings, data analysis, action plans, and creating processes/protocols.
1104.00 - Leadership
Professional learning and consultation for administrators and teacher leaders in support of district initiatives. Examples: one-on-one consultation; coaching conversations; Strategic Leadership trainings and meetings; leadership network triads
1106.00 - Instruction
Training on foundational pedagogical practices and strategies that can be implemented across content areas. Classroom examples: student engagement, comprehension, classroom management, relationships. Services include ALP Year 1-5 Workshops and ALP learning walks.
1106.01 - Instructional Framework/Model
Facilitation of instructional model/framework designed to deepen implementation of research based instructional strategies and classroom practices. System examples: instructional model training; consultation; instructional rounds; professional goal setting assistance
1106.02 - ELA Content
Training specific to literacy (reading and writing) instruction, literacy strategies consultation and/or intervention training. Services include LETRS, K-12 HQIM ELA Adoption and Implementation services, and other reading or writing trainings.
1106.05 - Social Studies
Training specific to social studies instruction, social studies strategies consultation and/or intervention training.
1106.07 - Career and Technical Education
Professional learning, consultation, and support specific to Career & Technical Education programs.
1106.08 - Health and PE
Training specific to health and physical education, health and physical education strategies, and/or intervention training.
1106.09 - World Language
Training specific to world language, world language strategies, and/or intervention training.
1106.10 - STEM/STEAM Support
Best practices in STEM/STEAM including classroom support, instructional materials, planning, and STEM/MNM trailer.
1108.00 - Technology Integration Support
Workshop facilitation and training; on-site support; consultation; modeling technology tools; coaching of technology tools
1110.00 - New Teacher Academy
New teacher and mentor training, on-site support for teachers and mentors and/or consultation. Services include New Teacher Academy, New Teacher Academy Mentor training, New Teacher Academy coaching for transitional teachers, and all services provided as part of the UNK/NDE Grant for Early Career Educators.
1112.01 - Para Training
Workshop facilitation, webinar training, on-site support and/or consultation.
1112.03 - High Ability Learning
Training, support and consultation for teachers of high ability learners.
1112.16 - School Counselors
Facilitation of collaboration opportunities for school counselors. Provide opportunities for professional development that supports social, emotional, and behavioral learning practices in school districts.

1306.00 - E-Rate
Universal Service E-Rate filing and consultation.
Student Services
1401.00 - Special Education Supervision
Works with Districts on Federal and NDE Compliance, district and state financials, and also provides trainings to support ESU 10 and District staff.
1402.00 - Speech Language Pathology
Our SLPs provide services and supports for children and students with disabilities ages Birth-21.
1403.00 - Vision Education
Our teachers of the visually impaired provide resources, services, and supports in preparing children/youth, ages birth-21, who have a visual impairment for success in life through collaboration with schools, families, and community agencies. Our certified teachers of the visually impaired provide evaluation, consultation, and intervention.
1404.00 - Early childhood supports
EDN - Birth-3 - Our Service Coordinators provide services and supports to children with disabilities and their families. ESU 10 is the grant holder for the Planning Region Team grant which provides supports to schools, EDN, and other agencies that support families with young children with disabilities.
1405.00 - School psychological services
Our School Psychologists provide the appropriate assessments when evaluating students, interpret and disseminate data, provide interventions, and consult and collaborate with team members to develop an effective plan to meet the needs of each individual student.
1408.00 - Deaf education
Our teachers of the Hearing Impaired provide deaf education services, supports, and/or consultation for students verified with a deaf or hard of hearing disability. Our Deaf Educators work with our audiologist to ensure appropriate aural rehabilitation services to students, families, and schools.
1409.00 - Occupational Therapy
Our licensed OTs provide services and supports for children and students with disabilities ages Birth-21.
1411.00 - Transition Support
Our Transition Coordinator assists district staff with student transition plans. These responsibilities may include program planning, coordinating events and PD, monitoring, evaluating, educating, implementation, and public relations. Our Coordinator also works with outside agencies.
1412.00 - Audiology
Our Audiologist provides audiological supports and services to students who are deaf or hard of hearing. Hearing assessments are conducted for any student suspected of having a disability or difference in their hearing.
Grant Services
1501.02 - Perkins Grant
Perkins Grant application development, management, and consultation based on reVISION needs assessment data collected from consortium member schools.
