Staff Development Services (84-002.05A)
1101.00 - Continuous School Improvement
Workshops, consultation or direct work with school districts to assist with the continuous improvement process ‘CIP’. Examples: steering committee meeting, mission/ vision work, data support, comprehensive needs assessment, CIP goal selection, action plans, program evaluation, preparing for the CIP external visit; support for Comprehensive Support and Improvement ‘CSI’, and Targeted Support and Improvement ‘TSI’ and Additional Targeted Support and Improvement ‘ATSI’ student designations.
1103.00 - School Climate and Culture
Training, support and consultation for sustaining, improving and re-establishing school environments that are conducive and supportive of learning. Examples: school safety teams and plans, crisis teams, psychological first aid, standard protocol response training, suicide prevention, multicultural education.
1104.00 - Leadership
Professional learning and consultation for administrators and teacher leaders in support of district initiatives. Examples: one-on-one consultation; coaching conversations; Strategic Leadership trainings and meetings; leadership network triads
1106.00 - Instruction
Training on foundational pedagogical practices and strategies that can be implemented across content areas. Classroom examples: student engagement, comprehension, classroom management, relationships. Services include ALP Year 1-5 Workshops and ALP learning walks.
1106.02 - ELA Content
Training specific to literacy (reading and writing) instruction, literacy strategies consultation and/or intervention training. Services include LETRS, K-12 HQIM ELA Adoption and Implementation services, and other reading or writing trainings.
1106.10 - STEM/STEAM Support
Best practices in STEM/STEAM including classroom support, instructional materials, planning, and STEM/MNM trailer.
1109.01 - Teacher Coaching
Working with teachers through New Teacher Academy and UNK Early Educator Cohort to build instructional capacity and relationships with educators in a partnership approach, supporting Tier 1 instruction while utilizing data and best practices to increase outcomes for ALL students.
1109.02 - Cadre Professional Learning and Networking Meetings
Quarterly meetings to support instructional coaches in building capacity to support teachers in the school setting. Focus on sharing and utilizing current resources, evidence-based practices, and discussions around book study and pre-selected topics.
1109.03 - Principal Coaching
Consultation with individual principals. Examples: cycle of goal setting, classroom observations, and/or reflective conversations focused on fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
1109.07 - Regional Literacy Coach
Building and supporting a statewide literacy coaching system (e.g. data, walkthroughs, conversations, etc.) to support district leaders and literacy specialists to build capacity in foundational literacy.
1112.03 - High Ability Learning
Training, support and consultation for teachers of high ability learners.
1112.04 - Media
Training, support, facilitation with and consultation for media specialists, including librarians and library paras.
1112.16 - School Counselors
Facilitation of collaboration opportunities for school counselors. Provide opportunities for professional development that supports social, emotional, and behavioral learning practices in school districts.

Support and management for servers and related systems

Management, support and/or hosting for DNS domains and records [GoDaddy, CloudFlare, DNS Made Easy, etc.]
1305.01 - SIS (Student Information System) Support
PowerSchool, Infinite Campus, Synergy, etc.
Student Services
1401.00 - Special Education Supervision
Works with Districts on Federal and NDE Compliance, district and state financials, and also provides trainings to support ESU 10 and District staff.
1401.15 - Staff supervision
Provide necessary staff appraisal process for contracted student services staff.
1403.00 - Vision Education
Our teachers of the visually impaired provide resources, services, and supports in preparing children/youth, ages birth-21, who have a visual impairment for success in life through collaboration with schools, families, and community agencies. Our certified teachers of the visually impaired provide evaluation, consultation, and intervention.
1408.00 - Deaf education
Our teachers of the Hearing Impaired provide deaf education services, supports, and/or consultation for students verified with a deaf or hard of hearing disability. Our Deaf Educators work with our audiologist to ensure appropriate aural rehabilitation services to students, families, and schools.
1411.00 - Transition Support
Our Transition Coordinator assists district staff with student transition plans. These responsibilities may include program planning, coordinating events and PD, monitoring, evaluating, educating, implementation, and public relations. Our Coordinator also works with outside agencies.

1501.03 - Title I Support
TItle I district consultation, training and support.
1501.06 - Title III
Title III provides support for compliance of Rule 15, including materials acquisition and use, language supports in the classroom, creation and maintaining required documentation, professional learning planning related to supporting English learners, and program development
