The ESUCC Cooperative Purchasing program leverages the combined buying power of Nebraska’s 17 Educational Service Units and the Association of Educational Purchasing Agencies (AEPA) to provide cost-effective, compliant procurement solutions for public agencies statewide. By offering both state and national-scale volume pricing on everything from technology to food service supplies, the project helps members secure high-quality products while significantly reducing administrative overhead and annual expenditures.
